Most recently he has spent 4 years working in the LifeWorks team, delivering employability training, coaching and ongoing support for armed forces veterans and the families of serving personnel. This is a unique programme with an outstanding reputation and success rate, that proved to be adaptable to non-armed forces personnel.
Throughout his career he has been fortunate enough to work in various parts of the world, delivering and developing training to meet the needs of the individual, environment and any dynamic factors. With a positive and interactive delivery style, he enjoys seeing people grow in confidence whilst also enjoying themselves.
A highlight across a varied career was winning a national award for 'Managing Young People', part of the HM Prison Service Prison Officer of the Year Awards. This was for his work on a dedicated unit, managing some of the most challenging young people in the justice system.
