Bee Work Ready: Tailored Employability Support Services
Bee Work Ready is our primary employability support service, providing a customised and flexible approach to meet individual needs. We accept referrals from case managers, vocational rehabilitation providers, and self-referrals, ensuring focused one-on-one support for each participant.

In addition to individual support, we collaborate with organisations to develop, deliver, and enhance employability skills programmes. Our services extend beyond traditional core subjects, addressing the unique challenges faced by job seekers to improve their employability prospects.

 I had some sessions with Stuart around tailoring CVs and cover letters to specific jobs as well as identifying my transferable skills. Everything was very well explained and he sent me handouts that I could refer back to when applying for roles which was very helpful.
